Steps

Wash and per boil your rice with curry.

In a pot add veg oil, onion and crushed garlic.. Fry abt 30secs.

Add in ur scotch bonnet and tomato paste, stir Fry it for about 1-2mins

Add water and curry with your seasonings, cover and bring to a boil.
- 5
When boiling pour in rice, add your fish. Check if ur spices is okay.. Cook till rice is soft and tender..

Serve with plantain...
