Ingredients

  • 4 cupfull cream
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 teaspoonred food colour
  • 1/2 cuppowdered milk
  • 1 cupwhipped cream
  • 1 teaspoonmixed fruits flavour
  • 2 teaspooncorn starch
  • Some sprinkles

Steps

  1. 1

    Get all your ingredients ready before start

    Add full cream milk in pot cook for 5 minutes, gently add powdered milk

    Then add sugar

    Add water to corn starch whisk gently then add in boiled milk

    Add whipped cream use hand or stand mixer to whisk until smooth. Add flavour and colour

    Transfer the ice cream to the container and refrigate for 8 hrs

    Then sprinkles with some sprinkles, serve and enjoy
