Paneer butter masala

In kadai add butter and little oil.

Add red chilli, ginger paste all whole spices saute it.

Add cashews, onion and saute till golden brown add chopped tomatoes and let it cook till tomatoes become soft and oil starts leaving sides.

Let it cool and make it's paste.

Take Kadai put butter and add the paste in it add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt with little water.

Let it boil as butter and oil starts leaving sides add cubed paneer.

Mix it well put Kasuri methi mix well.

Garnish with cream.
