Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves, mustard seed and asafoetida, cook it for 2min until mustard seed sputter. On low flame., then in other bowl add the boiled rice and curd mix it.. After that put the mixture in the tempering pan. And cook it for 2min...on low flame. Be careful that the curd should not melt.
