In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and then add 1egg and the coconut milk and mix well,cover and let it rise up.

Once the mixture rises up,on medium heat, take a small non stick pan and put a little bit of oil or ghee, put a whole ladle full of the mixture into the pan and cover it with a lid just for a minute.

Take off the lid and again put some ghee and flip and let it cook on both sides till well cooked and golden-brown.

Repeat this with the remaining mixture. Enjoy them with a cup of tea !!!.
