Yam porridge
Steps

Peel your yam and slice in bowl of water.

Grind your tomatoes, Scotch bonnets and onions

Slice your spinach and Wash it set aside

Fry the grated onions and Scotch bonnets with a little oil

Add your seasonings and stir,pour water,then wash ur yam and add it

Stir and leave to cook for 15_20minutes,when it tenders use spoon to stir until the water started to thicken then close the pot and add ur spinach then close the pot let the spinach simmer for some minutes.

Then ur native porridge is ready to serve!! Bon appeitos.
