Ingredients

  • 1dragon fruit roughly chopped
  • 2small bananas chopped
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1/2 cupchilled yogurt
  • 7-8ice cubes crushed
  • 1 tspchia seeds for garnish
  • 1 tsppumpkin seeds for garnish

Steps

    Put all the above ingredients except for chia and pumpkin seeds into a blender and blend into a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Pour in a glass or bowl and garnish with chia and pumpkin seeds.
