In a cooker heat ghee and add all whole garam masala. Allow it to splutter.

Now add basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) and saute for a minute.
add water and beetroot juice and salt and mix well. - 3
Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Finally, add coriander leaves and enjoy Beetroot rice with Chicken or Mutton curry.
