In the bowl of a food processor, combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and 1 cup of chickpeas. Process for 1 minute

Add the olive oil, cumin, salt and 1 cup of chickpeas. Process for 1 minute
- 3
Add the last cup of cheickpeas and start processing. Slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water or more if necessary.
