Heat the wok take 2 tbsp pure ghee now add grated beetroot and saute till it's colour changes on lower flame.

Now add milk stir it mix properly.

Now cover and cook for 20 mins on lower flame when your mixture becomes thickness.

Now add sugar an cardamom powder mix it properly on low flame.

Now cook for again 5 to 10 mins, when your halwa till leave oil and your sugar dissolves totally.

Now reduce the flame a the garnish with some chopped pistachio

Now it is ready to serve it hot or chilled.
