This yummy delicious sauce inspiration came when i thought of doing something different, after getting tired always using stew to eat rice. This yummy delicious sauce inspiration came when i thought of doing something different, after getting tired always using stew to eat rice. I decided to try this and boom, i cant just do without it, to top it all, my family love it too. Are you also working towards watching your weight? Wash and cut your fish to remove dirt then set aside.

Wash and cut your onions, carrot, green pepper, cabbage, green beans and set aside.

Grate your ginger, fresh pepper, and tomatoes.

Light your stove or gas cooker and place your cooking pot on it, then add oil and allow to get hot.

Add to the hot oil your grated tomatoes, fresh pepper, and ginger, then allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add water if the mixture is too thick.

Wash your green peas and add to the cooking sauce. Also add at this juncture your salt, maggi, curry and thyme. Close and allow to cook for 10 minutes.

Add your cabbage, carrot, green beans and your fish and allow to cook for 10 more minutes.

Add the fish and allow to cook.

Wash, pick and add your parsley leave and allow to steam for 2. minutes then bring down.

Serve with rice, pasta or any grain food of your choice.
