  • 1/2mudu Zobo leaves
  • 1Pineapple
  • 3Cucumber
  • 1/4mudu Sugar
  • 1/2milk tin Ginger
  • 1 tblsClove
  • 2 tblsFlavor of your choice
  • 1 packPoster clerk (optional)

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Peel back of pineapple, Wash and boil zobo leaves with the back of pineapple, ginger, clove and allow it to cool

  2. 2

    Blend pineapple, cucumber and sieve

  3. 3

    Sieve zobo juice from the pot, combine with pineapple and cucumber juice, add flavor, poster clerk and suger to your test. Served cool
