Rose Paneer Sandesh

First in a mixer grinder bowl add grated paneer and give it a good spin until it becomes smooth.

Now heat a pan with ghee, add paneer and cook for 2 to 3 mins on low to medium heat till it free of moisture.

Now add rose syrup, mix well and cook till rose syrup dries up little.

Now add milk powder and powdered sugar, mix well till well combined (add gulkand and mix well)and switch off the heat.

Meanwhile grease a tray with little ghee and immediately pour the mixture into the tray spread evenly all over the tray pat nicely.

Let it cool completely and after set cut it into pieces and serve.
