Ingredients

  1. 1 jarlassi
  2. 3 tspgram flour
  3. as neededOil
  4. 2Onion finely chopped
  5. 1potato finely chopped
  6. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tspdry fenugreek
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tasteRed chilli powder
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. as neededCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a deep pan add lassi and garam flour and shake well.

  2. 2

    Put it into low flame for 20-25 min.

  3. 3

    Other side take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds,kadhi patta and add onion, potato, Ginger,garlic paste cook it till them soft.

    Now add all spices mix it well.

  5. 5

    After 5 min add boiled kadhi and dry methi mix it well.

  6. 6

    Cook it well for 5 min.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve.
