Cooking Instructions

    Chop your butternut in cubes. Apply olive oil, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 clove, salt, pepper, thyme,rosemary

    Heat oven and leave this for 40 minutes. It needs to come out caramelized

  3. 3

    Boil potatoes for mash, add milk butter and salt

  4. 4

    Marinate your fillet, with pepper, onion, garlic, salt and green pepper. Add on any sauce you wish to. I used barbeque sauce and a spicy one to give it a kick

  5. 5

    Leave this in the oven for 45 minutes
