Boil the spinach leaves in a pan.

After boiling let it cool. Grind it in a grinder and make smooth paste.

Add this paste to wheat flour.

Add oil, salt,cumin seeds, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Now add water and make soft dough.

Keep aside for 10 mins.

Now make small poories with this dough.

Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the poories.

Indori palak poori is redy.
