Boil and mashed potatoes

Add butter

Add cream

Add egg yolk

Add salt, crushed black pepper,chilli flakes and oregano

Mix well and put it in a piping bag with a big star nozzle

Make big roundels on baking dish

Bake at 220 degrees for 20 mins

I have given a twist to it by applying some mozzarella cheese on the top with some chilli flakes

Bake for 2 mins

Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice
