  • Ginger /garlic
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Knorrcubes
  • Salt
  • leafUtazi

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook the meat with the spices no water. Allow it to cook very well and a bit soft

  2. 2

    Prepare the sauce in a different bowl and pour in the pot mix it with the cooked meat heat it a little before bringing it down

  3. 3

    Add the utazi leaf on top as u serve it. Enjoy with cold drink Or wine
