Steps

Cut yam to desired shape, wash and add to a boiling water with a pinch of sugar and salt. Cook till yam is soft and tender.

In a pan add oil, tomatoes, pepper and onion fry till d onion is translucent. Add your maggi and salt then break your eggs give it a light whisk and pour in. Mix in everything well and your egg sauce is ready...

Serve with Yam or anything of choice..
