I have not been enjoying all these grilled chicken sold outside, they are always tasteless, so I couldn't eat, i have to come up with a way to save it, it's very delicious and can be eaten as a side, with bread, and yam or all alone #saucecontest

I have not been enjoying all these grilled chicken sold outside, they are always tasteless, so I couldn't eat, i have to come up with a way to save it, it's very delicious and can be eaten as a side, with bread, and yam or all alone #saucecontest

Sprinkle the chicken with salt, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan, smear the oil to coay the pan, and arrange the chicken in the pan, reduce the heat to medium and close the pan

Cook for 5 mins and flip the chicken to the other side to cook, remove from heat and set aside

Slice tomatoes and onions, ground the scotch bonnet and set aside, beat the eggs and add a little bit of the sliced onions, add the stock cube to and beat again.

Add a table spoon of oil in a pan and slightly fry the tomatoes, onions and scotch bonnet

Now add the chicken to the pan and stir for 1 min, add the beaten eggs and close the pan, allow to set for 1 minute

Now scramble and stir the contents of the pan, till the egg is cooked, remove from heat

Serve and enjoy
