Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • Chicken half kilo
  • Mix vegetables as wish
  • 4 tbspCornflour
  • 6 tbspTomato ketchup
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 inchGarlic chopped
  • to tasteChinese salt according

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add chopped garlic, then add chicken. Fry well.

    Add all sauces, vinegar and tomato ketchup and Chinese salt.

    Also add vegetables, Cover to cook. After 10 minutes add cornflour(mix in water). Cook for more 4 to 5 minutes.

    As it became thick. It's done. Ready to serve.
