  9. 1 cupgreeted cucumber
  10. As neededGreen coriander for garnishing

    Add, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cucumber and, salt, red chilli powder in curd and mix well

    Heat a pan add ghee put hing, Cumin seed, and mustard seed, crackle it and pour tadka in curd, garnish with green coriander
