2 cupsFresh curd
1 cupGrated lauki
1 cupGrated cucumber
1Finely chopped green chilli
1 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspSugar

Whisk the curd.

Wash and grate the lauki and blanch it.

Also wash and grate the cucumber.

Add all ingredients in the curd and mix it well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
