Ingredients

  • 200 gramfresh spinach
  • 3green chilli
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1/2cumin
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededCooking oil for deep frying
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • As neededWater

Steps

    In a bowl take spenich now rinse it properly

  2. 2

    Now transfer in the blender jar then add green chilli, ginger now blend it make a fine paste

    In a bowl take wheat flour then add prepared mixture, asafoetida, salt to taste, oil, cumin mix it properly now add some little water knead it make a stuff dough

    Now rest for 15 min

  5. 5

    Now take a small portion of dough roll & make a puri shape

    Now heat the wok with cooking oil then oil heated properly then drop in hot oil and fry it both sides until golden brown on medium flame

    Now reduce the flame and serve it

    Now can enjoy it aloo tamatar curry.
