Heat a pan add ghee, once the ghee melts add milk and let it boil then add milk powder and stir continuously till it became leave the pan.

Let it cool completely.

Once it's cool down completely add 3 tbsp maida and baking soda and make a dough, if needed add 2-3 tbsp milk.

Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

In a vessel take 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water add crushed cardamoms and boil till sugar dissolves completely.

After 15-20 mins take the dough and knead it till soft and make small balls out of dough if needed added little ghee on your palm. Make sure no cracks on the ball.

Heat the oil and drop one by one and fry on medium heat oil till golden brown.

Drop into warm chasni and let it soak for at least 1/2 an hour.

Garnish with pistachio and serve.
