Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add corn flour and bread crumbs. Mix well.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix. Knead like a dough.

Make equal size ball of mixture.

Flatten Ball with the help of your palms to make a round shaped tikki.

Heat oil in a karahi and put tikki in it and fry till golden brown colour.

Heat griddle and put two spoon cooking oil and fry burger buns on both sides.

Now place a cheese slice on one side of burger and tomato slice on other. Place tikki in between and sprinkle chaat masala. Serve hot with sauce.
