Steps

Dry roast the cashew nuts for 3-4 minutes & then grind them into a fine powder

Take the cashew powder into a bowl & add the milk powder, milk and powdered sugar

Then add the ghee & mix everything very well

Heat this mixture into a pan & stir the mixture until it starts to form a soft dough

Then mix the crushed cardamom seeds & turn off the flame

Let the mixture cool down to room temperature & then make few small balls out of it

Take few balls onto your palm & press them together gently in order to give them the shape of custard apple (Sitaphal). Repeat the same & prepare few more sitaphal

Mix the green food colour with the honey. If you are using gel food colour then skip this step

Now roll all the kaju sitaphal into the colour mixture

Gently press a clove on top of each sitaphal

Lastly press a curry leaf at one side of each sitaphal & now they are ready to enjoy
