In a bowl add boil water,oil,a stock cube n gentle pour the cus-cus so that the water is a bit over it.cover and let it steam.

In a pit,add veg oil,onions,garlic and ginger paste fry for a bit.Then add the grated tomatoes and pepper,add the diced potatoes and spices.cook till the potatoes r soft.

Serve with scrambled eggs and a chill drink!
