Ingredients

  • 3 cupmaida
  • 2Egg
  • 1 pinchBaking powder
  • 4 dropsVanilla Essence
  • 3 cupCastor sugar
  • 1 packetWhipped Fresh cream
  • Pineapple tin pack medium size

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, and add maida and sugar and baking powder slowly slowly. Now add vanilla Essence and mix well, till it becomes fluffy. Grease pan and place in stream patila for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame.

  2. 2

    Cut and make in two layers. In between spread fresh cream and pineapple pieces. Now cover with full fresh cream and decorate of your choice. Ready to serve.
