Paneer paratha
Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour add salt and knead the smooth dough using water.

In a plate take all the stuffing material paneer, onion, coriander, ginger, red chilli, salt, coriander, roasted cumin.

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll a chapati from dough and place the prepared stuffing in centre of chapati
- 5
Fold the chapati like momos and roll into paratha.
- 6
Roast the paratha on tawa from both side using ghee or butter.
- 7
Serve hot with butter.
