Steps

Mix semolina and curd in a mixing bowl. Add salt and beat well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Chop vegetables.

Heat griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil. Put one spoon full of mixture and sprinkle mix vegetables over it. Put a little cooking Oil on all sides.

Press vegetables gently with the help of ladle.

Flip the side when done. Put little cooking Oil on all sides of uttapam. Cook for 5 minutes or till done.

Serve hot with sauce. A yummy breakfast.
