Suji Dhokla
Steps

Take a mixing bowl put suji,cornflour,black pepper,salt and curd mix then add water and colour mix well keep a side for 1 hour.

After one hour take a cake tin greased with oil take a suji batter add eno fruit salt mix and batter pour in cake tin and steam in steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.

After steam take a wok add oil mustard seeds crackel then add hing,curry leaves,dhania,sugar add water then boil add lemon juice.

Take a dhokla cut in pcs garnish tempering serve with chillies.
