Prepare all ingredients.

Ak pan ma pani, olive oil or salt daal kar biol hu nay liye rakh daay.

Jab pani biol hu jaya tu pasta dal kar biol kar lay jab pasta soft hu jaya tu strian kar kay side par rakh daay.

Ak pan ma olive oil dal kar lahsan light brown kar kay, phir tamam vegetables dal kar shallow fry kar kay nikal lay or side par rakh daay.

Ab ushi pan ma butter dal kar achi tarah se melt kar lay.

Phir melted butter ma maida dal kar bhon lay or thora thora kar kay milk dalay takay us ma ghotliya na ban jaya.

Jab 3 no cheezay achi tarah se mix hu jaya tu us ma red chilli flakes, salt or black pepper dal kar 1 se 2 min pakaya or flame off kar daay.

Ready ki hui white sauce ma tamam shallow fry ki hui vegetable or biol kia huwa penne pasta dal kar achi tarah se mix kar lay.
