Mix all the ingredients except the meat. Once combined, add the ground beef and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Shape the mixture onto skewers, making sure not to use too much meat on each skewer. Refrigerate again until ready to grill.

Note: The key to keeping the kofta from falling off the skewers is to use very little onion and other ingredients compared to the meat.

Also, make sure to chill the meat mixture well so it doesn't fall apart while grilling.
