First of all knead soft fine dough by mixing wheat flour,gram flour,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,oil and water.keep aside to rest.

Meanwhile pressure cooker toor dal after washing dal add water salt turmeric powder and tomato make 3 whistle for it and off the flame.than after make tadka into this boiled dal by taking some oil in pan flutter mustard seeds,cumin seeds,hing,t,clove,curry leaves,star seed, bay leaves,cinnamon stick,etc and pour hot oil into dal smoothly blended.mix all masalas and let it heat up.

Roll big roti from taking small portion from kneaded dough and make it cut like diamond shape and than step by step put each dhokli into dal mixture which on low medium flame on gas stove.cook for sometime upto 2 whistle again in pressure cooker to get our dhokla cooked properly b tendered and soft.finally dal with dhoklis are ready to serve with buttermilk and papad.
