Ingredients

  • 1 Cupsooji / semolina
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 1 Cupsugars
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 tbsp cardamon powder (elaichi powder)

    Take a pan add ghee medium flame on add sooji medium gas after golden brown colour above then add water then sooji absorb water Now add sugar and sugar absorb then gas off and add cardamon powder and serving bowl serve tasty & easy in sooji halwa
