Ingredients

  • 200 gmkachre
  • 100 gmChilli
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds crushed powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the kachra and peel and cut cut and keep aside and watch the green chilli also on but keep aside

    In a pan put oil heat it then add fennel seeds green chilli Hing and kachra and all dry masala and FRI for 2 minutes and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
