Grease your tin,,set aside and set your oven temperature to 160 degree.

Whisk butter and suger until pale and Fluffy. Add eggs one by one while beating. Add essence and the juice and mix well.

Add in your sieved flour plus baking powder and beat till it is well incorporated. Put the mixture in your greased tin and let it cook for 50mins till it browns, insert a toothpick to see if it's cooked
