If you have beef flank you can just you,our cut the chunks thinly and flat

Mix you kulli kulli with your desired spices and add oil

Add you beef to d kulli kulli mixture and mix

You either use sticks and grill

Or just add it to ur normal cooking put and keep stirring,u know it's done when it becomes soft and it's ready....garnush wyt cabbage,onion,cucumber or anything of your choice
