Heat the pan put oil add cardamom,,clove, pepper & bay leaf; cinnamon sticks now let it saute for a bit and let the fragrance set in the oil now add onion saute it with a pinch of salt till pink in colour add ginger garlic paste saute it.

So that smell of raw goes add red chilli, turmeric powder,garam masala, kasuri methi mix it well add two or three tbsp of water mix it well

Now add tomatoes puree and saute it for 4 min in low frame then add green chillies switch of frame add yogurt mix it well

Now turn the gas in low frame add fresh methi, salt mix it well with the tempering add little water and cook for 5 mins in low flame.

Now add fresh cream and fried potato cubes and cook for 2 mins and it's ready to serve.
