Bombay kebabs
This dish is a tribute to my late Grandma-in-law.
Steps

Wash the mutton minced thoroughly and drain it for half an hour.

To the minced mutton add the ingredients mentioned above.

Mix well. Set aside the mixture.

Take a non stick frying pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Now take a small sized portion on your wet hands and flatten it.

Drop them on the fry pan and shallow fry until golden brown.

Serve them hot with coriander and mint chutney or with mayo.
