Ingredients

  • 500 gmmutton minced
  • 750 gmschopped onions
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds crushed into two pieces
  • 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  • 10-15mint leaves chopped
  • 10green chillies chopped or according to your spice level
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour for binding
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the mutton minced thoroughly and drain it for half an hour.

  2. 2

    To the minced mutton add the ingredients mentioned above.

  3. 3

    Mix well. Set aside the mixture.

  4. 4

    Take a non stick frying pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

  5. 5

    Now take a small sized portion on your wet hands and flatten it.

  6. 6

    Drop them on the fry pan and shallow fry until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve them hot with coriander and mint chutney or with mayo.
