  • Irish potatoes
  • Offals
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Scotch bonnets
  • Seasoning nd spice
  • Local spice daddawa with kayan yaji

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur offals add maggie nd put to boil

  2. 2

    Peel ur potatoes, grate pepper nd scotch bonnets, and slice ur onions

  3. 3

    Grind the local spices daddawa, garlic and kayan yaji

  4. 4

    Put d grinded local spices in ur boiled offals until it becomes soft

  5. 5

    Add seasonings, grinded pepper, and potatoes

  6. 6

    When about to done add ur slice onions to give it another aroma nd close the pot till the potatoes are soft then serve nd enjoy.
