Ingredients

4 _6 servings
  1. 5 slicessoft fresh bread
  2. 100 gmspaneer grated
  3. 1capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 2green chillies, finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  7. 1 pinchgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  10. 2 teaspoonscorn flour mix 2 tablespoons water to make slurry

Cooking Instructions

    Grate paneer and add all ingredients to make a paste.

    Cut the sides of bread slices,keep it flat on a rolling pin so that the holes of the bread can be closed.

    Apply a layer of the filling and roll the slices carefully seal it from the edges with cornflour paste.

    Keep the roll rolled-up in a thin cloth or a piece of cling film for at least 10- 15 minutes

    Deep fry one roll at a time in hot oil till golden brown, cut into 4 pieces and serve hot.

    If you do not want fried circles apply softened butter on the roll and cut into 3 pieces bake on a greased wire rack in an ovenproof glass dish for 15 minutes till light brown.
