Dry roast besan till aroma

Sieve the besan add ghee to it paste like consistency

For sugar syrup add water to sugar cook till string like thickness now add besan mixture and stir continuously till it leaves bottom of the vessel now add lemon zest to it mix it

Now pour this on greased plate

It takes time to cool down so make marking to give shape of Mysore pak.after complete cooldown cut into square shapes mouth melting Mysore Pak is ready
