In a bowl mix together wheat flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Grind together ginger, garlic, coriander, green chillies and mint to a coarse paste. Do not add water.

Add this mixture to the flour. Add fennel seeds and mix well. Add the oil, curd and milk. Mix together to form a soft dough. Knead for a good 10 minutes. Cover and keep in a greased bowl to rise for 1 hour.

Divide into 6 tight balls of equal size. Apply some miln with the help of a brush. Sprinkle sesame seeds, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 200°C and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or till golden on top. Enjoy with cheese spread or chutney/ sauces of your choice.
