Wash rinse and soak the Rajma in lot of water

Drain water and pressure cook for 3 whistles Drain and keep the cooked Rajma aside

Blanch the spinach in boiling water for few minutes and drain the excess water
- 4
Grind the blanch spinach with coriander and green chilli
- 5
Heat oil or butter in a pan add the cumin seed bay leaf and whole red chilli
- 6
Now add the chopped onions sauté few minutes add garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off
- 7
Add all dry masala and Rajma masala and curd mix well now add spinach and coriander pure add salt cook for 2 minutes

Then add cooked Rajma cook for another couple of minutes serve hot with roti or rice
