Add all dry ingredients in a bowl whisk egg, warm water in a separate bowl, add butter to the dry ingredients add whisk wet ingredients and mix a soft dough

Knead for 6 more minutes cut and weigh dough into 80grams mould, arrange on a tray that has been floured use melted butter and brush the dough to prevent it from cracking and let it rise for 25min

Set oil on heat it should not be too hot make a hole and drop in oil to let fry. Enjoy
