Take a pan and dry roast dry red chillies, coriander seeds and cumin seeds until aroma comes. Make fine powder of it.

Add oil in kadai and saute grated beetroot. Add powder that we made in it and mix well.

Add sesame seeds, dry coconut and mix well.
- 4
After beetroot is cooked add rice in it and mix well. Simmer it for two minutes and serve hot
