Cut all the veggies and the gizzard

In a pot add the gizzard,spices and allow to simmer for about five minutes.

In a sauce pan add oil, veggies, maggi, tomato sauce, spices and fry.

Add the simmered gizzard onto the pan and let cook for 2mins. Serve hot
